He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Lena Bockenkamp. He is survived by: his daughter Brookelynn Bockenkamp; his parents, David (Sonya Bockenkamp) and Nancy Bockenkamp (Montgomery); his siblings, Joe Bockenkamp, Sasha Faries, April Bockenkamp and Ashley Dunbar (Michael); and his niece Melanie Bockenkamp.
