He is survived by: his wife Teresa O'Neail; his children, Randy O'Neail, Charlene Case (Jerry) and David O'Neail Jr. (Paula); his grandchildren, Travis Case, Kelley Case, Kristen Holtz, Kandis Heintz (John) and Kimberly Adair; his great grandchildren, Mason Holtz, Shyann Holtz, Colton Heintz, Levi Heintz, Savannah Heintz and Ocean Holtz; his brothers, Daniel O'Neail and Lloyd O'Neail (Candy); and the mother of his children Barbara O'Neail. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
