She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Baker and Verna Baker (Eslinger); her husband Ernest Horton; her sons, Clifford and Terry Horton; and her sons-in-law, Raymond Hampton, Don Gottman and Bill Banks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita "Sissy" Hampton, Sue Gottman and Kathy Banks; and her grandchildren, Clifton Glore, Bryan Horton, Jon Hampton, Joella House (DeWayne), Justin Hampton (Crissy), Fred Gottman (Karen), William Banks, Jr. (Tammy), Chris Banks and Aaron Banks (Stacy). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
