He is survived by: his father Terry Clark (Avaree); his wife Angie of Owensville; his children, Tony Clark of Owensville and Dr. Stephanie Johnson (David) of O'Fallon; his grandchildren, Dustin, Audrey and Dylan; and his siblings, Jeff Clark (Lisa), Andy Clark (Laura) and Jennifer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
