He is survived by: his mother Ruthine Spurgeon (Medley) of Owensville; his wife Cindy Hopkins; his children, Chuck, Casey Mayes of Belle, Amber Cannon (Matt) of Owensville and Michala "Tator" Spurgeon of Belle; his siblings, Terry Spurgeon (Opal) of Owensville, Connie Lain of Owensville and Dennis Surgeon (Cheryl) of Rosebud; and his grandchildren, Paige, Keeley, Trinity Mayes, Maddie, Matthew, Mackenzie Cannon, Braxton, Hensley and Gannon Kistner.
