He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Koch and Pauline Koch (Walter); his sister Shirley Berkemeyer; and his sons, Jeffery Koch and Steven Koch.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Biehl; his daughter Stacy Caldwell (Lynn) of Owensville; and his grandchildren, Noah and Camryn Caldwell.
