She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Charles Caringer and Ina Lucille Brown Caringer; her husband Gerald Groves; and her siblings, Marie Bay (Gene), Billie Manion (Walter) and Andy Caringer.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Durbin (Mike) of Union, MO and Tim Groves (Stephanie) of Hartsburg, MO; her brother Charles "Bud" Caringer (Shirley Crabtree) of Davisville, MO; her grandchildren, Dustin Groves, Samuel Groves (Savannah Williams) of Jefferson City, MO, Joshua Groves (Sara Riggs) of Ashland, MO, Amy Kirkpatrick (Casey) of Wright City, MO, Laura Gruen (Daniel) of Union, MO and James Durbin of Union, MO; her great grandchildren, Valerie Groves of Sullivan, MO, Stinson Gruen of Union, MO and Asher Groves; and her nephew Robert Manion of Brunswick, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials were suggested to the Alzheimer's Association and Gasconade Manor for activities.
