He is survived by: his parents, Kristopher Havelka and Kelsey Havelka (Crabb) of Owensville; his uncle Jason; his grandparents, Bobby of Owensville, Cary Crabb of Owensville, Terry of Owensville and Tammy Havelka of Owensville; his great-grandparents, Sam, Cheryl Finley of Potosi, Vernon, Carol Havelka of Owensville, Linda Meyer of Gerald, Bob and Martha Crabb of Jonesboro, Ark.; his aunts and uncles, Kaylee Wisely of Jefferson City, Caleb White of Jefferson City, Katie and Jarad Brandkamp of Beaufort; and his cousins, Aidan, Anora, Jackson, Elery and JT. He is also survived by great aunts, uncles, family and friends.
