He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Havelka and Mary Havelka (Brown). He is survived by: his children, Michael Havelka (Tanya) of Owensville, Ray Havelka (Tammie) of Bland and Lisa Jones (Brian) of Mount Sterling, Ill.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
