She is survived by: her children, Mike Waters (Karen) of Owensville, Dan Waters (Cindy) of Linn Creek and Michelle Warnhoff of St. Louis; and her brother Russell Lay (Betty) of Jacksonville, Ark.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
