She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Holzschuh and Eunice Holzschuh (Krause); her husband Melvin Brandt; her siblings, Carl, Charles Holzschuh, Willadeen Carpenter, Adelene White and Mary Jane Angell; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Carpenter, Morris White and Delsea Holzschuh.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Kohlbusch (Dennis) of Bland and Leon Brandt (Sharon) of Grovetown; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Holzschuh of St. James and Marvin Angell of Gerald; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Kohlbusch of Owensville, Tim Ortmeyer (Kim) of Valdosta, Jennifer Roberson (Justin) of Vienna, Michael Ortmeyer (Kim) of San Antonio and Lindsey Kitchen (Bert) of Grovetown. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
