He is survived by: his wife Leona Zyk; his children, David Jablonski (Priscilla) of Torrance, CA and Beth Hurt (Aaron) of Franklin, TN; and his grandchildren, Aubri, Ana, Aeryn, Avalon, Paige and Cami. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
