He is survived by: his children, Jack Schwartz, Jr. (Marilyn), Jim Schwartz (Donna) and Jeanne Goff; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jennifer and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Remi and Riley; and his friends, Janet Hotop, Mike, MaryAnn and Dave.
