We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 62, Jennifer Litchfield Smith in Overland, Missouri, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Courtney Smith, Kyle Smith and Luke Smith; her siblings, Wendy Jensen and Thomas Litchfield; her brother-in-law Rick Jensen; her nieces and nephews, R. C. Jensen, Jeff Jensen, Brendan Reilly, Kelly Reilly and Nia Jensen; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jensen Reilly, Rory Reilly, Mae Jensen, Benji Jensen and Ricky Jensen; her aunt Kay; and her cousin Kaye Cross. She is also survived by friends and family.

Donations can be made to causes close to Jennifer's heart, the Special Olympics or the Midwest Transplant Network, in her name.
