It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Joan Moore in Osage Beach, Missouri, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Roy C. Moore; and her children, David (Vicky) of Montreal, Debra Foster of Montreal, Dale of Austin, TX and Dawn Smith of Ft. Smith, AR. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
