She is survived by: her brothers, Dale, David, Gail and Kenny; her children, Donald Wayne Burnett and Rose Marie Cooper; her grandchildren, Anna Marie Payne of Agency, Catherine Jean Daniels of Eldon, Bridget Lee Adams of Kaiser, Paul Michaels of Leesburg, Nathan Zink of Tampa, Shawn VanDayke of Eldon, Amber McCoin of St. Louis, Sherry Scott of Eldon and Ashley Orellana of Greenview, Missouri; her stepdaughter Jane Hackney of Mesquite, Texas; and her grandchildren, Timothy Hackney of Mesquite, Texas and Rhonda Hackney of Mesquite. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
