He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Eftink and Cecelia Strack Eftink. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Russell Eftink of St. Joseph, Michigan, David Eftink of Metropolis, Illinois, James Eftink of Metropolis, Illinois, Ronald Eftink of Metropolis, Illinois, Robyn Bylee of Oak Grove, Kentucky and Susan Kluesner of Chaffee; and his stepsons, Glen Fisk of Chaffee, William Halter of Cape Girardeau and John Halter of Apopka, Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, five step-grandchildren and a step-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
