He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richards and Zenna Bilyeu Richards; his wife Doris Rowena Fleaner; his brothers, Charles Richards, Tex Richards, Orval Richards and Frank Richards; and his children, Michael Robert Richards, Jack Allen Richards Jr. and Norma Lee Richards.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Carolyn Richards (Karen Grable) of California, Jane Rowena Dunbar of California and Jean Zenna Chantler (Jim) of Oregon; and his siblings, Catherine Stauss, Gary Richards of California and Ray Richards of California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
