She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon Dallas Cook and Martha Ann Cook (McIntyre); and her children, Carl Roberts and Paula Kaye Smith. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jeffrey Allen Roberts, Christopher James Roberts, Sandra Faye Dickey and Nathan Paul Smith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
