She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan E. Ward and Velma P. Humphreys Ward. She is survived by: her husband Charles Wagoner (Speedy) of Cape Girardeau; her children, Bradley Wagoner (Janice) of Mt. Juliet, Tenn, Tracy Blattner (Rick) of Cape Girardeau and Tori Welch (Joe) of Cape Girardeau; her grandchildren, Brandon Wagoner (Julie), Amber Watson (Brian), Dr. Trevor Blattner, Jill Mai (Donnie) and Dalton Welch (Krissy); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Lucy, Sarah Wagoner, Marlee, Kendell Watson, Kate, Nora Jane, Lenna Blattner, Ayla, Evie Mai and Charlee Beth Welch; and her siblings, Bill Ward (Joy) of Advance, Missouri and Sondra Fulkerson (Ray) of Cape Girardeau. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
