She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hallemeyer and Billie Hallemeyer (Dolte); her husband Timmy Gene Massey; her son David Barnes; and her siblings, Russel Hallemeyer and Barb Rhodes.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Shy (Chris) of Oran, Dana Nash (Flint) of Georgia and Anthony Barnes of Morehouse, Missouri; and her brother Sonny Hallemeyer of Northern Missouri.
