He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Foster of Granite City, Jason Foster of Granite City, David Paul Foster of Granite City and Carla Foster of Miami; his siblings, Bruce Foster of Maryville, Walter Foster of Wappapello, Kelsoe Foster Jr. of Sikeston, Valarie Smith and Cindy Adams; and his grandchildren, Talon Foster, Logan Waters, Isaac Tomas, Austin Foster, Taylor Foster, Craig Foster, Cameron Foster, Ashley Foster, Nichole Foster and Shana Foster.
