He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Anthony and Mabel Martin Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Kathern King; his children, Chris Anthony of Oran, Patrick Anthony of Kansas City, Missouri and Leslie Anthony of Kansas City; and his siblings, James Anthony of Jackson, Missouri and Carolyn Jett of Jackson. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
