He was predeceased by: his father Donald Guy Webb. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Mallard Webb of Oran; his wife Stella Hopkins; his children, Kaleb Webb (Haily) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Jessica Reed (Andrew) of Oak Ridge and Molly Webb (Dylan Cato) of Advance, Missouri; his siblings, Robert Webb (Madonna) of Oran and Cynthia Roberts (JR Burton) of Oran; his grandchildren, Vaida Webb, Ezri Webb and Solomon Reed; his niece Kristin Hanselman of Oran; and his nephew Harlan Mullen of Essex. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
