He was predeceased by: his father Reginald Payne. He is survived by: his mother Betty Payne; his child Devon Payne; his daughter-in-law Jessica Payne; his grandchildren, Skyler Payne, Allison Payne and Aspen Payne; his brother Greg Payne; his sibling-in-law Jackie; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Payne, Nicole Payne, Aaron Payne and Zack Payne; and his cousins, David Frazier, Charlie Frazier and Carol Kelly.
