She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Rantz and Peggy Elizabeth Rantz (Pace); her husband Delbert Perkins; her sister Carolyn; and her pugs, Percy and Prissy.
She is survived by: her daughter Onawa; her grandchildren, Joseph, Tascha, Tiffany, Shabdkosh and Chainey; her great grandchildren, Calypso, Liam and Arthur; her brothers, Danny and David; and her uncles, Donnie and Leon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
