Harper of OFallon, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harper and Wilma Harper; and his brothers, Robert Harper (Pat) and Kenneth Harper (Keta). He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Harper; his children, Gary W. Harper (Herek Clack), G. Daniella Cowle (Eric) and Bob L. Harper (Jeanie); his siblings, Jim Harper (Karou), Judy Hughes (Pat) and Joan Adkins (Jesse); his grandchildren, JoyceAnn Cowle, Nathan Cowle (Emilia), Zeke Cowle, Raya Cowle, Gretchen Sherwood (James), Grace Philipy (Chris), Tia Burzio (Franco), Keegan Harper, Aidan Harper and Amara Harper; and his great grandchildren, Harper Sherwood and Ian Philipy. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
