He is survived by: his mother Linda Sue Read Carr of Old Monroe; his wife Debra Carr of O'Fallon; his brother David Carr (San Juana) of Arlington, TX; his mother-in-law Teresa Vivion of O'Fallon; and his sister-in-law Jill Reichle (Mike) of Spring, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, his godchildren, other relatives and many friends.
