He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his son David; and his sister Linda Smart. He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and Anna Mildred Johnson (Wyatt); his sons, Michael Johnson (Lisa) of Grover, MO and Kelly Johnson (Mary) of Bates City, MO; his grandchildren, Cacey Cozart (Michael) and Shaun Johnson (Daisy); his stepgrandchildren, Austin Dust, Dominick Katz and Jesse Katz; and his great grandchildren, Zoe Johnson, Ocean Cozart and Ollie Cozart.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lakeview Woods State School in Lee's Summit, MO.
