He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, David (Paula) of Shawnee, KS, Dennis (Jennifer) and Heather McCann (Kenny) of Lakeway, TX; and his stepdaughters, Leanne Farkes (Chris) of Lenexa, KS and Christie Campbell of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
