He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Skaggs and Mary Skaggs (Worley); and his sister Maryann Crayne. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Martin (Jason) of Oak Grove and Steven Skaggs (Cristy) of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Keelia Martin (John), Kyle Martin (Alyssa), Bailee Martin, Ali Cherner (Daniel), Brett Skaggs (Mattie) and Ryan Skaggs; his great grandchildren, Carson and Kendyll; and his siblings, Andrew Skaggs (Sherri) of Alton, IL, Wayne Skaggs (Diane) of Mount Vernon, IL, Timmy Skaggs of Sandoval, IL and Betty Williams (Robin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
