He is survived by: his parents, Roger Addis and Dorothy Addis; his wife Andrea Tacke; his children, David Brewer, Justin Addis and Claudia Cason; his siblings, Jimmy Evans (Tonya), Debbie Addis, Diana Gravett (Jordy), Rhonda Anderson (Doug) and Roger Addis (Jayne); his grandchildren, Deniyah, Amber, Sam, Penny and D. J. Rick; and his friend Robert Thomas.
