Booker of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Booker and Vivia Booker (Johnson); and his siblings, Jimmy, Royce, Bennie and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Booker; his daughters, Angela Booker and Katherine Booker; and his stepchildren, Lannette Nicholson and Shawn Todd. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
