He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Jeff Walton of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Jacob Swisegood (Deanna), Allison Walton, Justin, Jordan and Jenner Philpott of Blue Springs, MO; his great grandchildren, Peyton Melcher and Portlynn Swisegood (PJ); his siblings-in-law, Judy and Harold Witte; and his nieces and nephews, D. C., Karl Witte of Smyrna, TN, Susan Fann of McGregor, TX and Aimee Alexander of Independence, MO. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
