He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sylvia Marie Banner (Phelps), Eugene George Semkin, Bertha Mae Cairer (Arnold) and John Lee Cairer; his great-uncle Edgar Phelps "Uncle Junior"; and his great-aunt Betty Phelps (Hall).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cairer (Broeker); his sons, Logan Cairer (Hunter) and Landon Cairer; his parents, Linda Cairer (Semkin) and John Cairer; and his brother Chad Cairer (April).
In lieu of flowers and gifts, we ask that anyone who can, to please make a charitable donation to the Oak Grove Athletic Booster Club in Todd's name.
