He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Rumbo; his children, Victoria Mosier (Randy) of Pleasant Hill, Anthony Rumbo (Tammy) of St. Charles, MO and Larry Rumbo (Patty) of Grain Valley, MO; and his sisters, Rev. Mary Biesemeyer (Allan) of Higginsville, MO and Patricia Norcross. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
