She is survived by: her husband Walter Otto of Oak Grove, MO; her children, Lyla Lane of Oak Grove, MO and Russell Smith; her siblings, Dale Jones, Carolyn Durham and Susan Metcalf; her grandchildren, Zachary, Nicolette, Shyenne, Julia, Alex and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Mia and Techiya.
