He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Ann Church (Phillips) and Issac Church; and his brother James Church. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Brewer (Darren) of Webb City, MO, Connie Parker (Chet) of Golden City, MO and Victoria Faucett of Mt. Vernon, MO; his brother Ben Church; his grandchildren, Taylor Boehne, Harley Brewer, Audrey Parker, Jake Parker, Chloe Faucett, Lane Faucett and Hannah Faucett; and his great grandchild Jaxxon.
