It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardath R. Pay Jr. of Oak Grove, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ardath R. Sr. Pay and Sally F. Pay (McKinney); his wife Marilyn Pay; and his children, Laurel J. Freeland (Tom) of Lee's Summit, MO, Kathy Hatton of Blue Springs, MO and Mark R. Pay of Anderson, IN. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four brothers and sisters.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice.
