He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bilderback and Billie June Black. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Pierson; his son Joseph Chappell of Dexter; and his siblings, Cathey Jackson of Matthews, Diedre Pipkin of New Madrid, Mark Bilderback of Doe Run and Tony Bilderback of Matthews. He is also survived by four grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
