He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leroy Bailey and Gussie Lena Withrow Bailey; and his siblings, Lucille Kuntz, Joyce Pauline Basnett, Dwaine Bailey and William Harold Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ann Huston; his children, Jenn Dureja of Austin, TX, Amanda Bailey of Phoenix, AZ and Shane Bailey of Quincy, IL; his sister Yvonne Woodside (Mike) of New London, MO; and his grandchildren, Corinne Bailey of Phoenix, AZ, Alex Kasl of Austin, TX and Brody Bailey of Quincy, IL..
