Tapley of New London, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Sr. and Dorothy Tapley (Selleck); his siblings, Walter Lee Tapley, Jr. and Sandra Tapley; and his grandson Keaton Phelps.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Tapley of New London; his daughter Kimberly Tapley of Quincy, IL; his stepdaughter Lori Schindler Lee of Concord, NC; his brother Ronnie Tapley (Helen) of New London, MO; his grandchildren, Michael, Brook, Braxton and Kaylee; and his great grandchildren, Brylee, Blake and Brynleigh.
