She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Higdon and Evelyn White Higdon; and her husband Joseph Richard "Rich" Tullock. She is survived by: her children, Kelvin Roberts (Kelly) of Quincy, IL, Rodney Roberts (Gayla) of Quincy, IL, Kerri Strode (Randy) of Murrayville, IL, Dina Dreyer (Ron) of Quincy, IL, Carmen Tullock of Barry, IL, Suzie Harvey (Shawn) of New London, MO and Rich Tullock (Danell) of Clayton, IL; her siblings, Dorothy Obert (Butch) of Camp Point, IL, Beverly Koontz (Kermit) of Quincy and Allen Higdon (Leslie) of Tulsa, OK; her aunt Marjorie Hancock of Palmetto, GA; and her uncle Harry "Junior" White (Karen) of Perry, IL. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
