With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Briscoe of New London, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Porter Briscoe; and his parents, John Charles Briscoe (Jack) and Jean Stuart Briscoe. He is survived by: his sons, John W. Briscoe II (Kristen) of Columbia, Andrew William Briscoe of Jefferson City and Philip Porter Briscoe (Jill) of Hannibal; and his grandchildren, Jack Franklin Briscoe, Grace Marie Briscoe and Allison Maureen Briscoe.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions may be made to Barkley Cemetery or the American Cancer Society.
