He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schwanke and Wynona Schwanke (Sanders); his stepmother Carolyn Schwanke; his siblings, Richard Schwanke, Jimmy Schwanke and Charlene Schwanke; and his brother-in-law Tom Meadows.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret St (Robert), Nora Meadows, Diana Goodman (Terry) and Bill Schwanke (Phyllis); his stepdaughters, Reghan Tallman and Jodi Yohn; his stepsisters, Melody Johnston (John), Jenny LaForce, Carol Jamison (Steve) and Tina Ward (Donnie); his stepson Troy Yohn (Kim); his stepgranddaughters, Addisyn, Kynley and Zayla; his friend Dana Joe Powell; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and lifelong friends.
The family of Danny J. Schwanke has asked anyone attending the services to wear a mask.
