He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville K. Lucas and Hazel Parker Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Coates; his children, Lisa Steinman (Kevin) and Darren E. Lucas; his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Davis (Nathan), Devin L. Steinman (Rachel), Brandon E. Lucas and Levi Holman; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Grady Davis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch.
