He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Rita Ford Fizer; and his siblings, Danny Volden, Everett Fizer and Linda Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Harmon; his sons, Mel Fizer of New Franklin and Nick Fizer (Elizabeth) of Columbia; and his siblings, Bobby Joe Fizer (Helga) of Orlando, FL, Judy Meyer (Mike) of Rolla, MO and Angie Shannon.
No services are scheduled at this time however memorial contributions are suggested to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Markland-Yager Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126, New Franklin, MO 65274.
