He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Alison Hendrix and Arlie Zelda Hendrix (Quinley); his siblings, Zelda Canole, Betty Elder, Janice Smith, Carol Andrews and Jesse Hendrix; and his brother-in-law Ronald Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Alice May Simmons; his siblings, Lloyd Hendrix, Fay Kempf and Kathryn Andrews; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Dennis Simmons, Delores Pearson and Joann Edwards.
