He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Dale Shay. He is survived by: his parent Geannie Shay; his wife Dusti Shay (Eaton); his children, Brayden McFarland, Brennan Shay, Ella Eaton, Abri Shay, Alex Shay, Noah Szy and Tora Shay; his brothers, Aaron Shay (Jessica), Matt Shay (Stephanie Blackwell) and Richard Vieth (Melody); his sister-in-law Stacey Moore Hendren (Tim); and his nieces and nephews, Aarica, Caleb, Wyatt, Jay Shay, Westlyn, Annabelle Peck, Jacob Vieth, Lilli Moore, Mattelynn, Will, June Brickey, Cole Wright, Levi and Emma Hodge.
