He is survived by: his wife Anita Hurley; his children, Jammie Hurley (Megan) of Mountain Grove and Sherrie Cooper (Brian) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Ivie Shelton, Matthew Hurley and Emily Hurley; and his sister Lindilee Kildow of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
